A single implant replaces one missing tooth without touching the adjacent teeth. A titanium post is placed into the jawbone, allowed to integrate, then topped with a custom crown made in our lab. The result looks and functions like a natural tooth and prevents the bone loss that occurs when a tooth is missing.

All-on-X replaces an entire arch of teeth using four or more strategically angled implants. In many cases, a temporary set of teeth is attached the same day as surgery. After healing, the final prosthesis is fabricated in our lab and permanently fixed in place. This is an option for patients with failing teeth or existing dentures who want a fixed solution.

Implant-supported dentures snap onto or are permanently fixed to implants placed in the jawbone. They do not slip, do not require adhesive, and restore significantly more chewing force than traditional dentures. Snap-on versions can be removed for cleaning. Fixed versions stay in place and are cleaned like natural teeth.

Every implant case starts with a 3D cone-beam CT scan taken in our office. The scan shows bone density, nerve locations, sinus position, and the exact anatomy of the jaw. Dr. Lyssova uses this data to plan implant angles, depths, and positions digitally before surgery begins. A surgical guide is printed to transfer the plan to the patient.
